On-Campus Recruiting

The Career Center at Gustavus is eager to assist employers in identifying candidates for internship and career positions. To posts position please follow the instructions for G-Net here:

G-Net is the Career Center's primary web-based solution to manage campus recruiting. Access to G-Net requires a username and password. To obtain a username and password, please contact the Career Center. Once you are registered, you will be able to:

• Post internship and career positions
• Find candidates
• View resumes of candidates
• Communicate and select candidates to interview and monitor interview schedules. You will also be able to easily communicate with candidates by e-mail and provide accurate information about your organization, positions, and contacts to the Career Center and candidates.
• Schedule Campus Visits
  Please call or e-mail the Career Center to arrange visits to campus for:
  • Employer Information Day (a mini-career fair help in September)
  • Information tables in high-traffic areas
  • Information presentations and receptions
  • Campus interviews
  • Annual Gustavus internship fair (held in March)

Students very much appreciate the advice, information, and mentoring that alumnus can provide. Alumni are encouraged to register on eRecruiting in the Alumni Mentor Program. To obtain a username and password, please contact the Career Center.
