"Working at Blue Earth County is particularly interesting because I never know what I'll be doing each day. One day I am at the WIC office handing out information to mothers and the next day I am working on emergency planning for a flu pandemic. This internship has been a great opportunity to understand what the world of public health is like."
The Jacobson Award of up to $2,500 is given annually to two Gustavus premedical students to expand their knowledge and experience of medicine. Jacobson Award Application
