Trees are amazing architects of form and function. In this class you will learn how a tree grows and produces wood and bark. We will investigate the different types of wood and their uses. What is birdÂ’s eye maple anyway? Was that oak cabinet you bought at an auction really oak? Learn how to identify commonly used woods.
