Women's Golf Moves To Seventh Place At NCAA Championships

The Gustavus women's golf team moved up to seventh place at the NCAA Division III Women's Golf Championships on Wednesday at Centennial Oaks Golf Club in Waverly, Iowa after shooting a team score of 323. The Gusties have a two-day total of 323-323--646, which is 30 strokes behind first place Methodist University at 307-309--616. Individually, Rachel Roberg is tied for tenth place after shooting a second round 76 for a two-day total of 79-76--155. Susan Martin of Methodist leads the individual scoreboard with a two-day total of 74-72--146.

Gustavus will tee off at noon on Thursday for the third round of the four-day tournament.
