MIAC Softball Tournament Postponed Until Saturday

The MIAC Post-Season Softball Tournament slated to begin Friday at 3 p.m. has been moved to Saturday at 1 p.m. Second-seeded Gustavus will face third-seeded Hamline at 1 p.m. on Saturday at the Bethel University Softball Field in Arden Hills. Due to the schedule change, an additional venue was added to accommodate the double-elimination tournament.

Saturday, May 3 (Games played at Rice Creek Complex and the Bethel University Softball Field)
Game 1: #1 St. Thomas vs. #4 Augsburg, 1 p.m. (Rice Creek)
Game 2: #2 Gustavus vs. #3 Hamline, 1 p.m. (Bethel)
Game 3: Winner Game 1 vs. Winner Game 2, 3 p.m. (Rice Creek)
Game 4: Loser Game 1 vs. Loser Game 2, 3 p.m. (Bethel)
Sunday, May 4 (All games at Rice Creek Complex)
Game 5: Loser Game 3 vs. Winner Game 4, 11 a.m.
Game 6: Winner Game 3 vs. Winner Game 5, 1:15 p.m.
Game 7: (If necessary) Winner Game 6 vs. Loser Game 6, 3:30 p.m.
