The Golf Coaches Association of America released its final Division III poll of the fall season and the Gustavus men's golf team moved into the #8 position behind top ranked Methodist University. The Gusties jumped from the #18 position to the #8 position after winning the MIAC Championship at Bunker Hills Golf Course in early October.

The Gusties were led by freshman Ajeetesh Sandhu (Ghandigarth, India) who posted a 74.0 stroke average in 12 rounds with a low score of 71. Three seniors were right behind Sandhu, including Kyle Rohlfs (Sr., Fergus Falls, Minn.) with a stroke average of 74.7, and Jordan Hawkinson (Lindstrom, Minn.) and Eric Harris (Eden Prairie, Minn.) both with stroke averages of 74.8.
