Women's Golf Finishes Third at MIAC Championships

The Gustavus women's golf team finished third at the MIAC Championships which were played at Cedar Valley Golf Club in Winona, Minnesota. Kelli Groff, Katie Aplin, and Kelsey Getz earned all-conference honors.

The Gusties fired a 36-hole total of 354-339-693 to finish 28 strokes behind champion St. Thomas and three strokes behind second place St. Ben's.

Gustavus was led by Kelli Groff who finished sixth with a 36-hole total of 86-83-169. Kelsey Getz finished ninth with a total of 90-83-173 and Katie Aplin finished tenth at 88-86-174. All-three players earned all-conference honors by finishing in the top ten. Others scoring for Gustavus included Alana Reetz in 18th at 92-87-179, Andrea Nelson in 21st at 90-90-180 and Erin Schliep in 26th at 93-92-185.
