Minneapolis The St. Olaf women and the Gustavus men claimed the team titles at the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Swimming and Diving Championships which were held at the University of Minnesota Aquatic Center.
The St. Olaf womens team claimed its 14th title in school history. The Oles were led by Kate Detwiler who won both the 200-yard and 400-yard individual medley.
The Gustavus mens team won its fourth consecutive title and 18th in school history. The Gusties were led by freshman Ben Hanson who finished first in the 200-yard freestyle, 500-yard freestyle, and 1650-yard freestyle and was named MIAC Male Swimmer of the Meet. Full Story
