Kris has been the head coach at Gustavus since 2000, and she has been involved in gymnastics at Gustavus since she was twelve years old. After demonstrating gymnastics around the state with coach Nancy Baker for several years, Kris enrolled in Gustavus. She then taught physical education and coached high school gymnastics before becoming the assistant coach of the Gustavus Gymnastics team. After the retirement of coach Jerry Connolly, Kris took over the reins of the team and has set her sights on winning the NCGA National Championship this year.
Kris keeps the team together, focussed, and excited. She may hold some tough practices, but all of us need a nice pat to get going some days. A big thank you goes out to Kris for all of her work. We would never be able to make it without her and all she does.
