Insurance

Life Insurance

Long-term protection with low rates and appealing features is available to alumni and their families through Meyer and Associates. Coverage is available to $1 million and, through benefit increases, total insurance can increase to $2 million.

Medical Insurance

Ideal for those who are temporarily without coverage, such as the unemployed and recent graduates, and for special situations, including travelers and students. Medical insurance is available through Meyer and Associates.

Home, Auto, and Renters Insurance

As a member of the Alumni Association, you may qualify for special group discounts on your auto, home, and renters insurance through Group Savings Plus from Liberty Mutual. Career Counseling

The Career Center at Gustavus is also available to help as much as staff is able. The staff is first charged with meeting the needs of the current students. Yet, they are also interesting in helping alumni. A career counselor can assist you with clarifying your career interests, skills, values, and personal decision-making style.

The first step is to make an appointment with a career counselor, who will talk with you about your current plans and may suggest instruments that will help you to make decisions about your career.

Get a Gustavus E-mail

Interested in a @gustavus.edu e-mail address? You already have one! All Gustavus alumni can have a Gustavus e-mail address for life! Simply visit the e-mail forwarding page and enter any other e-mail address that you currently use, (i.e. your Gmail or Hotmail address). Any e-mail sent to your @gustavus.edu email address will automatically appear in your other e-mail account. This is a great way to show your Gustavus Pride!
