Classes of 1945 & 1946
December 2006
Christmas in Christ Chapel was celebrated this past weekend along with the emotional finale, “O Come All Ye Faithful.” First-year students and their parents may have heard it for the first time, seniors with tears in their eyes performed it for their last time, and thousands of alumni returned to experience it once again. Capsulated in that moment is so much of what makes Gustavus special―it’s about family and friends, welcoming new members into the Gustavus family, remembering our past and being a part of the present.
The Gustavus family is dependent on you, our faithful alumni who support Gustavus with your gifts, your time, and prospective students. As classmates and members of the Gustie family, please consider Gustavus with your support this season.
Most of the class news we’ve received is published in the recent Quarterly and we would like to include much more in future issues. Please use the enclosed envelope to send us your news and support. Some items of interest from campus are included below. Our College is doing well.
