STOA is a new international, undergraduate journal of philosophy published by the Center for Philosophical Education located at Santa Barbara City College. It is intended as a teaching tool for undergraduate philosophy education. The website does not contain submission details. To get them, you have to e-mail Professor Joseph White.
Undergraduate journal of bioethics from the University of Toronto. It will appear both in print and online. UTJB will consider articles in the philosophy of medicine, medical jurisprudence, health care ethics (professional and organizational), emerging medical technologies (e.g. genetics) and research ethics. UTJB is also extremely interested in topics more philosophical based dealing with more abtract or theoretical areas of bioethics (e.g. suffering, pain, identity, justice, personhood, etc.).
