The Easter Symphony premiered in April 1995 by the Gustavus Wind Orchestra, Gustavus Choir and Christ Chapel Choir. The premier performances took place in Christ Chapel on the campus of Gustavus Adolphus College and at Central Lutheran Church in Minneapolis
