		The College Librarian (CL) coordinates the library's efforts and reports to the Dean. Collaborative decision-making includes library-wide efforts such as crafting a mission statement and strategic planning.  Project Groups are small groups of library staff working on particular issues.  Examples are the Copyright Committee, the Publications Committee, the Electronic Resources Committee, and task forces established to tackle specific projects.
