A full-fitness assessment is comprised of a variety of tests used to identify the current fitness level of an individual based on norms established by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Prior to testing, the client is asked to complete a health history questionnaire, a PAR-Q form, and an Informed Consent form. Resting heart rate and blood pressure are evaluated to ensure the safety of the client. Tests included within the full-fitness assessment are listed below. Please visit each link for additional information about specific testing procedures.
