Dr. Karl Larson, Assistant Professor, Department of HES, along with Pam Doughty, Texas Tech University, will complete a new textbook in summer 2009. The book, tentatively titled Consumer Health: A Spectrum of Choices is due to be released spring 2010, and will cover topics such as consumer rights, US health care system, and alternative and complementary medicine.
