I enjoy traveling and learning about different cultures, although it seems a long time since I've been out of the U.S.. I'm a former Peace Corps volunteer (Papua New Guinea) and I've published one poetry chapbook, Fingergun (Kitchen Press 2006). Some poems of mine have been published in journals and magazines, most recently in Dislocate, Gulf Coast, Redivider, The New York Quarterly, and Passages North. Last year, I participated in The Loft Mentor Series. I am currently at work on my first full length collection of poetry.
