- January Term Off-Campus Course 2010 pink sheet, listing all courses and costs, will be available for pick up by students at the Center for International and Cultural Education, Student Activities Office and the Campus Library. The pink sheetwill also be available online.

- After you have reviewed the January Off-Campus pink sheet, begin to complete January Term Off-Campus Course 2010 application materials.

- January Term Off-Campus Course 2010 Advertising Day will be held in the Campus Center Heritage Room from 4:00pm-6:00pm.
April 15, 2009
- Applications, application fees, and deposits due for January 2010 Off-Campus Study courses at the Center for International and Cultural Education, 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Applications received in alpha order by applicant last name. Check for times.
May 4, 2009
- Final 2009 Course lists announced.
May 27, 2009
- January 2010 Acceptance Packet Forms due in the Center for International and Cultural Education.
July 1, 2009
- $1,000 downpayment billing.
- Passport Copy due in the Center for International and Cultural Education.
July 31, 2009

- Final day to receive applications for Gustavus January 2010 Interim Off-Campus Courses.
September 20, 2009
- Final costs for Gustavus January 2010 courses determined.
September 30, 2009
- All Passport copies due and turned into the Center for International and Cultural Education.

- Final Billing.
- Final day for HECUA Applications.
- Application due for:

- Final day for Hamline University January 2010 Applications.

- Final Day for UMAIE Applications.

- January Interim Orientation is mandatory for all students registered for International January Interim courses. This will become available online in November 2009.
