Starting with the 2010-2011 semester and year long program application cycle, the Center for International and Cultural Education will be implementing a new SEARCH, APPLICATION and FORMS tracking system called Studio Abroad. We anticipate that this system will be in place and ready for use by mid-October.

2010-2011 Gustavus Approved Semester and Year-Long Programs Information

Unti the Studio Abroad system is in place, you can look for a semester or year-long off-campus program by refering to the 2010-2011 Approved Programs List, which will be available on-line and in our office. You are also encouraged to attend a Study Abroad 101 session or meet with one of our Peer Advisors to learn more about your off-campus study options and application procedures.

CICE Approval Packet Review Sessions Thursdays* at 9:30 am, in the CICE

Are you approved for study abroad but can't make heads or tails out the Gustavus CICE paperwork or on-line CICE Approval Packet Website? Have a question about a Gustavus required form? Wondering how to secure major/minor or area requirment with your study abroad courses? Then attend a CICE Approval Packet Review session held each Thursday morning at 9:30 am in the Center for International and Cultural Education. No sign-up is needed; just show up!

*Starting September 10 through Fall Semester.We will NOT Have CICE Approval Packets Sessions on the following Thursdays: November 12, over Christmas Break.

The Center for International and Cultural Education sponsors a bi-weekly series where students and faculty who have lived abroad can share and present their experiences. STUDY ABROAD FAIR

Semester and Year Long Programs, November 17, 2009

International and Domestice, Semester and Year Long Off-Campus Proram Fair (STUDY ABROAD FAIR), 4:00-7:00 p.m. in the Heritage room. This fair will feature all approved semester and year-long programs. Ask our program representatives program-specific questions on the variety of locations and programs they offer. Meet with Gustavus study abroad program alumni and hear about their unforgettable experiences. Also, apply for or renew your passport. We hope to see you there!
