Research Projects

One of our research interests is in charge-transfer processes in organic compounds as revealed through solution and gas-phase spectroscopy. Laser spectrsocopy is used to unravel the details of this important phenomena. These experimental studies are coupled to ab initio quantum mechanical computations to provide a detailed picture of the coupling between molecular structure and electron-transfer dynamics.
