Women In Biology
Are you a female interested in Biological Sciences? Women in Biology provides a starting point for finding information for biologists who happen to be women. It is a list of bookmarks to the ample original content already available on the web. Many of the links are aimed towards women who are graduate students, postdocs, or more senior scientists, but there are also sites relevant to undergraduates or even high school students who may be contemplating a career in biology. CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN THE FIELD

Links By Your Professor's

I know that many of you are still searching for a summer job or employment post-graduation. Finding the right Job posting can be random so to increase your odds I emcourage you to look often and be geographically flexible. Call or seek out connections even if the start dates do not fit your schedule. One never knows, if one does not ask. Also, making connections may pay off in the future. Check out Pam Kittelson's web site with links to the jobs and seasonal positions related to ecology and botany. http://homepages.gac.edu/~pkittels/biolinks.html Even if you are not a botanist, some of the positions listed under botany are animal related jobs. Once you are in a site, click on other side-bar links for seasonal positions.
